Hi John,
I'm using API 315 drives for my router with matching API stepper motors.
When I set it up the drives would continuously overcurrent fault even though I had the amperage set to the settings specified in the
manual at 8.2amps.
I backed this off to 6 amps as a test and they've been flawless ever since. I could probably bump the amperage up higher but I don't
seem to need to.
It might be worth trying if this is what you mean by trips.
