You can get factory made standard alu or steel pulley from American Tech Mfg East a company in Singapore and he sell DRO listed in ebay here is the link to his DRO listing: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=12581&item=3871936570&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW

Send him a email on the pulley information number of teeths and hole ID diameter. You can email ATM East at: baguio@...

Drill and then turn the OD ?

Turn the OD, then mill slots ?

And if milling is done, do you buy a custom cutter ? or is there
