You may want to look at Model Mill (www.modelmill.com). They are in the
process of adding a lot of the conventional 2D modules to their product. At
$3000 it competes with Artcam and Enroute. For cad/cam programs, I have
AlphaCam, Model Mill and BobCad. I also bought a copy of Rhino from Andrew.
I plan to get into some of the 3D stuff in a big way as soon as I get my new
cnc router finished.
