New user want to CNC Eagle 25 Mill

I have an Eagle 25 Mill Drill as supplied by Chester of UK.
Can someone save me a lot of time and point me in the right direction
for info on anyone who has converted one of these bench mounted units
for x and y
controll using stepper motors. Details of the mechanical information
would be of great help.
