Nice machine, but nothing at all like the Zoltar.
Have a look at http://www.rcmodels.net/cnc/hobby/classic.html

The Zoltar is made of all sheetmetal and interlocking parts.

Go thru the guided tour link on the bottom of the page to see how it
is assembled.
