INFO REQUEST

Hello to all. I am a rookie and need some help please. What are the
top three benchtop CNC verticle mills, benchtop CNC lathes,
controllers, DRO and software to run the above? I have searched for
the above and found much. However, I do not have the experience or
education to differ the junk from the higher end tools. Thank you to
