Hmm, these ratings are confusing. If the max continuous rating is 11 V
at 15.8 A,
that is only 179 W. Not a lot. but, I guess that voltage is just at
stall, so we can
figure resistance from that, 0.715 Ohms. That sounds nice and low.

Testing? Connect it to a DC supply and see if it spins!
