Sieg Mill Mods are CNC retrofit

Does anyone have any files/url's to:

1) Modify the Sieg (Harbor Freight 44991) mill to bring it up to par?
2) Online plans/instructions/photos for existing CNC conversion?

I'm looking to see what others have already done to their mill,
to get an idea of what worked, what didn't, and what would they have
doen differently the next time.
