Milling Machine Advice

In know that this is somewhat off subject, but I believe that there
are a number of experts here that can advise / give me an opinion.

I have just upgrades my shirline 24" lathe to CNC as well as bought a
Sherline 5400 mill with CNC.

I also just ordered a Grizzly 7x12 mini lathe (with all its wrinkles)
to give me the extra capacity when my Sherline is insufficient.

I also have a Sherline model 2000 mill with DRO.

Now the question is do I sell the 2000 and buy the Grizzley mini-mill
for when I need the extra capacity, or do I keep the Sherline 2000
for its extra flexibility of having 8 axis adjustments.

I want to keep the Sherline lathe and Sheline 5400 mill as my CNC
machines.

Just one other consideration is that I live in an apartment in
Manahattan (probably the only one with a machine shop<g>), so size
and noise is a considerations. Does anyone know how much louder the
Grizzly mini lath and mill are than the Sherline?
