Geckos require encoders at 5 volts and 50 mA or less current draw. USdigital is a good place for inexpensive encoders that work well with Geckos.

Hi,
I have 24VDC servo motors fitted with Opto encoders and Gecko G320 drives.
I recovered the from a Dataproducts printer,
Question can they connected as the encoders have six wires or must I replace them,
if so can anyone make a recomendation?

Regards ,
Kevin
