Software help.

I'm sure this topic has been discussed thousands of times, but I need a
quick fix. I need free software (only need for one part) that will output HPGL
instructions to a VyTek CNC in 3 dimensions. I am currently using Enroute,
but the version I have doesn't support this (at least not without a lot of
work). All I need are a few slots machined at a slight downward angle. Any
suggestions would be of great help.
