Ron,
I don't know the charge but I just started using Bob Cad Ver 19 and
am very impressed with it. I had been using AS3000 from Cam Soft and
did not like it at all. Both were in the same price range. One
phone number for them is 1 877 880 4488, and I think this was the
person who activated my version.
