That should be:
200,000 step/s/s * 0.0000625 in/step = 12.5 in/s/s
12.5in/s/s * 60 s/min = 750 i/min/s

For an acceleration of 750 ipm per second.

Time to reach rapid speed:
750i/min/s / 75in/min = 0.10s

So 0.10 seconds to get to rapid speed.
