think the how to.. is how to make the machine do the work.
One thing you will need is a way to verify spindle location. ie: an
RPM meter, that reads the spindle and feeds back to the software.
Once you have that, the question falls into the software category.
What software are you using ?
Also, as a question of topic, what is the best way to check spindle
location ?
I wanted to add an RPM meter to my lathe and can do the simple
electronics, but am not sure the best way to get it to a readout.
