Hitachi Servo motors - encoder wireing

Hi everyone!

I have just purchased three Hitachi DC servo motors from Electronic Goldmine
surplus store that I intend to use for my desktop mill. The link to the

Did anyone managed to hook up the encoder succesfully? I could not find
wireing schematics anywhere on the net.

The wires from the motor goes to a five pin plug in this manner
<green> <not conected> <yellow> <red> <white>
Any clue of how to connect this wires is welcome.
