Software program with "C" axis

Hello,
I am interested in information on CNC software with a "C" axis.
The application is used mostly for Turret Punch Presses. The C axis
sets the angle of the punch and xy is table travel. A software program
using the "Z" as the "C" could work if the program was able to convert
the table travel in degrees to "Z" . Some laser programs show the
table travel in degrees. Needless to say, I am working on a top secret
project worth billions of dollars right in my basement shop.
