I would have thought that the "modern" plug would be the now
almost-standard European 16A round 2-pin+earth plug (type "F" in the
table you linked to)? Most European countries are using that now
(except for the UK and Ireland, but we still drive on the wrong side of
the road, too.)
Nominal voltage across Europe is now 230V, although in practise some
still feed 220V or 240V. 50Hz is standard across Europe, too.
