Conversational CNC program

In the process of converting my Sieg X3 to CNC but having troubles
deciding / finding a conversational CNC program. I was trained in the
field of CNC on a Acer Mill with Acu-Rite MillPwr. I would love to
have a CNC system / software that looks or acts like MillPwr without
breaking the bank???
