I was also very fond of MillPwr. I tried to write something like it, and
had some fair success, even creating files that would load on the real
MIllPwr my friend owned. There are some screen shots on my web page-

I have stopped working on it because of the real-time problems. Both
Mach and DeckCNC claim their software can be called from other software,
but neither will work. I spent a lot of time with both.

I have started using Sheetcam and Mach and I can do everything I want
well enough, so I probably wont get back to the conversational stuiff.

Have a look at the MAch -Add-ons at http://www.newfangledsolutions.com
They will do lot of the funsctions of MillPwr.
