There are literally thousands of files that you'd need... Pressure angle?
Metric or SAE? Number of teeth? Tooth size? I doubt anybody has a folder
that has that much information (except companies that sell gears, and they'd
not be interested in giving away such information.) Besides, most people
would make gears , using involute cutters or even hobs, in which case, you
don't really need the CAD dwgs, but the equipment and tooling. Besides, it
would take a very sophistocated CNC machine controller to generate the
proper involute shapes if you were going to cut the proper tool profile via
an endmill. Your best bet is to make a CAD drawing using the info available
in the Machinery's Handbook. If you can't 'do it' in CAD, chances are you
can't 'do it' in CAM. I'm sorry I can't help you more than that...
