I have seen the LPKF changer on the net and am interested in how that
works.

There seem to be a few varieties. the bridgeport way with a screw in
tensioner,

the retaining ball way, like an air hose coupling, but the end is
inserted into a slot to handle the torque.

the link you povided seems to hold a solid carbide shank with not
notches or protrusions.

Very interesting.
