I spoke too soon...major stepper motor stalling when cutting material (6061 al)....entered 5" jog command, table would sometimes go full 5", other times an inch, yet screen would read "in motion"

sigma steppers, (half winding I think) 1:1 ratio

turboCNC control, "manual" job mode, using keyboard/cursers control to cut material right now.

I'll post my configuations once I write them down...
