Bridgeport R2E4, HELP!!

Just bought the mill for $300. The entire control system has been
removed, no electronic or electrical components at all.

The machine is in great condition as far as the table, ball screws,
and ways are concerned.

How much does the thing weigh? (I how to move it form the middle of my
garage to my shop in the backyard)

Can I assemble a Mach 3 stepper control system and add the G-Rex in
the future?

Will a set of Dan Mauch's 1303 oz/in stepper motors move the table if
I use direct drive vs. 2:1 belt mounting?

I have to use a VFD for the 2 hp spindle motor (no 3 phase). I would
like to have Mach 3 control the spindle. Which one should I use?
