Hi Tom
I don't have any boards to sell but I have a boardlayout I can send you if
you like. It's a single sided board so it's pretty easy to make yourself or
send it to a PCB-house. It's designed with Eagle so you'll need that to open
it.(which you can download a demo of for free).
