Hey folks:

Just wanted to jump in and mention that, yes, TurboCNC does "real
interpolation". 8 axis at once if needed (the most anyone has really
done on a machine is 6 that I've heard about, for interploated moves).
Art's Mach3 does 6 at once, and is fine software also.

I'm not familiar with your setup, but it sounds like the issue may
be servo dither to me - especially considering that it gets better as
you turn down the speed...
