Yes they do.

You will need to check out the NEC or the London Halls for
the CADCAM, Machine Tool and the Engineering Shows.

Most of these have ongoing seminar/discussion sessions.

The Machine Tool show normally has the second hand
suppliers there.

Also the Model Engineering Shows quite often have some
light to medium duty CNC stuff.
