Hi, i bought a lathe from ebay, the company who makes them wanted me to buy
their "new" softwear. the control is of their own doing and needs their
softwear to run.
i was able to hardwire around their logic but their drive box is nothing
good. better off to change the stepper motors and use a board from
www.hobbycnc.com
then your machine can run off a computer with generic softwear. cul brian f.
