Yes I am familiar with that board. Bill Bailey a fellow Seattle Robotic
member designed it for a robot that he built. It works fine. You may want to
look at my three axis board at www.seanet.com/~dmauch My board has
autocurrent reduction and was designed for low cost cnc machines. As I
recall Bill's does not have auto current reduction unless you use software
control but check with Kevin.
