Hi, maybe give us a bit more info, what is being cut wood, plastic maybe the
size of the bit. first i have not had good luck using brad point drills
unless they have been sharpened carefully. if the brad doesnt pick up dead
center, one side of the bit catches the side of the hole.
what spindle? machine type or drill press type. another thing is to shorten
the shank if possible so as to get the bit near the spindle and not hanging
4 inches out of the spindle. cul brian f.
