Easiest way I know of is to drill 4 holes, one at each extreme of travel,
i.e. 0,0 0,ymax, xmax,0 xmax,ymax; measure diagonals carefully with a
tape measure, adjust and repeat.
For those that insist a tape measure isn't good enough, you can easily
interpolate 1/64" (.015 or so) on a tape marked in 1/16ths.
