I have a couple of Braemar tape loaders and I want to use one to
upload data to a GE2000 control.Unfortunately I don`t have an RS-232
cable for these and don`t know the pinouts. One loader has a sixteen
pin ic socket and the other has a straight fourteen pin socket with an
external polarising pin about four from the end. These loader/readers
were used on Denford lathes at one time and a lot of you guys seem to
have converted them.Has anyone schematics for the loader or know how
to identify the pinouts or even have a cable to sell.Any info greatly
appreciated.Braemar are silent on the subject and NEE who assembled
the panel and Denford have forgotten everything they ever knew about
them.
regards,Mark.
