The best way I've found is to use The circle function w/
tan/tan/rad. You select the 'draw circle' icon, then type TTR
[enter], then select the first circle [ or radius] that you'd like
to be tangent to, and then the second one, then input the radius
you'd like on the connecting arc/circle and it'll input a circle
that is tangent to both other cirlces [ or arc's] and at the radius
that you desire. If you only want an arc between the circles and not
another circle then just trim off what parts you don't want, using
the two original circle as cutting edges.
