New Groups for Lasers

I see we have two groups.
I would suggest one group, with co-owner's, but whatever....................

You always need a co-owner, to help moderate new persons, and to cover when
on vacations. And most importantly to be sure the group does not become an
orphan if something happens to the single owner


No arguing, or flaming about these groups on the CCED
group.................Work it out...........
but no posting here until decision is made.
