OK, guys it seems that Fred and the software he sells is the subject of
attacks this week.
Time to think a bit...........
Anyone that has been around for a long time has seen Fred repeatedly answer
questions, on not only his software, but others as well. He has offered a
very good discount for the members of this group. Is he perfect? I don't know
are you??????????????????
Before we throw more stones, at the support he offers for free, look at what
you would pay for that support with other companies.
No long periods placed on hold, with no answer when you do get someone, or
the cost per hour for that support.
Or the absolutely requirement that your version of there software be the
latest version, before they will even talk to you...........
Is the support for any hobbyist programs perfect, I doubt it, but point out
to me where you can get perfect support for anything now days?
So let us please move on.
If you have a specific question, ask it, and if you need enlightenment, ask
again, but be fair, Don't just try to make his software or anyone else's look
bad.....................
Is any software or documentation perfect???
I can't/won't say, I live in a glass house, and don't want stones thrown at
me...................................
