Post Processor Questions

I am playing with both Dolphin, and Vector, for CAD/CAM, and with TurboCNC,
and Mach3.. (alphabetical order)

Machines are Sherline, Lathe and Mill for now.

Questions:
Are post processors required with any of these combinations?

Dolphin.... and Mach? TurboCNC?
Vector......and Mach? TurboCNC?
(alphabetical order)

If required, are they available, Where can I find them?
