I prefer to control the toolchange closer so in SheetCAM (my choice of
CAM package) there is an option as to what the Post will output given
a logical toolchange. You can write any g-code script you want and it
automatically inserts it into the code. I leave the toolchange option

Turn off the spindle
Raise the head to toolchange height
Rapid over to a toolchange postion
Pause until I hit cycle start (Run)
There may be some way to modify the BobCad post to put distinct g-code
commands at a toolchange and have it control things instead of having
MACH3 stop on a toolchange.
