Exactly.

Domestically (here in the USA), MANY do not meet the required
applicable--though largely unenforced--UL, EMC, and labeling
standards. Such things take a LONG TIME<G> to wade through; but if
you're going after larger markets it/they are a must. Even decent
documentation gets overlooked by many small suppliers.
