What I was told is that the introductory issue was sent to all the
HSM subscribers and during the summer it will be sent to a cross
section of the Nuts and Volts subscribers. The current plan to start
work on another issue for the end of the year and if response is
favorable (and it has been) they will introduce it as a new
subscription magazine for next year.
