I'm looking for what I'm told is early code for the G2002. Something that
follows (supports) the "G2002 Manifesto". Hopefully without needing any
hardware assist (FPGA?).

I'm once again looking at your basic algorithm, and would like to do
something similar in a PIC for inexpensive, low-end control. The use of
accumulators with carries sounds a little like using a Bresenham-type
calculation. I've got one stepper working this way in a PIC (thanks, John
and ELS). I figure I can learn a little more!

How "open" do you want the G100 protocol to be? I think some of us on this
list might be interested in implementing a simple subset of it in a low-end
"black box". Not that I wouldn't be interested in a G100 at some date!
(I've also been reading the "GeckoMotion Manual".)
