Larry,
Not sure what I'm looking at; are the three vert. bds. next to the
transformer drives?
Do you have a star washer under the heads of the capacitor screws?
Personally, I don't like the proximity of the transformer to the
drives (if that's what the "rack" is). With a Toroid, you'd be fine.
but with that one I put some distance into the equation. YMMV.
