Hi Larry,
What about connecting up the caps more in a STAR connection? The star would
be at the bridge rectifier.
The transformer terminals are HUGE! What current? And so many caps! What
current are you planning for? I see three driver boards, couldn't identify
them, but they don't look like they've got all that big a heat sink
requirement. I'm thinking you've got much more current capacity then you
need for the drives (just guessing)? USE WHAT 'YA GOT!
I'm sure you won't forget the power switch, fuses, plugs for the spindle
and/or coolant control, signal and motor connectors, E-stop and/or other
axis-disable switches. Oh yeah, and a FAN!
