WANTED: Small VMC and CNC lathe

Looking for some smaller CNC hardware for my home shop.
Small CNC lathe. Open to gang-tooled, but prefer a turret machine.
Something like a Hardinge CHNC, ...
Small VMC (like a Kiwa, Kitamura MyCenter, Matsura, Haas VF0, VF1, ...).
I'm open to older machines, or possibly dead machines or machines that
need some (not too much) TLC.
And here's the kicker: has to meet with spousal approval, both in
size/heft and in cost.
