Just in case there is any confusion, the ONLY Microkinetics product that I
have ever used with success is the 8010 stepper driver (not saying that it
is the only good thing they have). The only lathe program that I have
recommended is the ahha Artisan program.

AT AROUND 1100RPM OF THE SPINDLE WITH A 1000PPR ENCODER [WHICH IS NOT TOO
MUCH OF RPM OR PPR CONSIDERING FEEDS AND SPEEDS USED TODAY]INSTEAD OF
PRODUCING A DECENT STEP SIGNAL WHICH WOULD BE USED BY YOU FOR A STEPPER OR
SERVO THE OUTPUT WAS GARBAGE WHEN LOOKING AT IT ON A SCOPE.
