Alan - what you have there is one of the most common bearings... The
Skate bearing. AKA 608ZZ

Some real high tech versions are available for the inline skater
elitist. These are also commonly used for home fab liner guides since
the ABEC 5 series can be bought on ebay for $19.99/100

BTW the upper support bearing on a cheap trim router used one of
these.
