Bobcad anyone?

Hello,
Just wondering what everyone thinks of the bobcad version 21? I'm looking for a good starter cad cam system.
I wouldn't mind getting a little feedback from people that have been down this road. Which systems are the easiest to use and learn?
Was also looking the babcad art program to go with it from what I understand (at least from the sales guy at bobcad) its similar to the Artcam program that sells for $3000.
