No one is compelled to help, but many often do.



First, always check the archives before posting a question. In many cases
for first-time posters, the answer is already there.



Second, put your questions in a message with a descriptive subject line
(other than "hello") and you're likely to get more responses. Most people do
not read every post, but will read a post with a subject line that is of
interest to them.



Also, patience is a virtue. "Thanks for nothing" is likely to cause even
