Actually, I didn't see anything wrong at the site.

The company KUKA Controls GmbH is who makes VxWin, intended so that
you can write real-time code that runs under a VxWorks kernel while
still accessing the WindowsXP API. It was just a FYI -- I really don't
know how it works exactly, but I expect it's a virtual machine
implementation.

In any case, it looks promising for people trying to do real-time
processing under Windows with complete real-time service scheduling
and thread management. Normally, you have to roll your own under
Windows to get this, and homebrew solutions seldom have all the
features you might like doing real-time processing.

I thought that anyone involved in this kind of thing (like the
developers of MACH3, who I'm not sure even read this list) might find
it interesting.
