This is a pretty common style of trim router.

go to any local Home Depot, or Woodworking store or SEARS or such and
look at what they have available.

double check the collet and shaft. if it is not ground, stay away.

the $20.00 imports have a horrible finish preventing anything
resembling a true running bit.

If you can grind the collet area, and make a new collet, you can use
them. My experiance is that you can make a collet and you can grind
the ID of the import router if you have a lathe.
