Paul took over a year to fill my order. He did fillit (actually, he sent
the spindle, but still owes me 3 or 4 engraving cutters)

He was very bad about responding to emails.
When he did respond, it was always reassuring to me.

Anyway, I did get the spindle finally, and it is worth the money.

My only real complaint with Paul is that he was not good at
communicating. But, that is because I didn't need the spindle in a
hurry.

My take is that he is still having health problems. I don't know for
sure.

Try writing a letter that way if anything has happened to him or his
email system you should find out.

No matter what has occured you should get your money back.
