Angle Iron Ways

Hi All
I'm looking for some views on producing a 90 deg V edge on 50mm/2" ('ish) angle iron.
Purpose is to allow 90 deg V-groove wheels to run along - train style.
I'm looking for a homebrew solution rather than the easy " just send it to the expensive local
shop" approach :-)))
Max length of the ways will be approx 2 metres/6ft. They need to be reasonably accurate -
they'll be used for a cnc router after all :-)
Current thinking is to produce a variation on a "router station" from a grinder.
Agricultural simplicity is good - I'd appreciate some off-the-wall thoughts.
Cheers
Neil
